Shipping and delivery
1. Transportation and delivery
(1) All orders include tax and free shipping, and returns and exchanges will not incur a handling fee.
(2) We provide free standard delivery service to any address in the United States. But please note that
There are some areas, such as special areas such as the military, that our logistics partners cannot deliver.
(3) The order status and tracking of all orders placed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) should be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 working day after payment is confirmed, and 1 day will be added on weekends.
(4) This may vary due to online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging and order arrangements. Upon receipt of all orders, an email confirmation will be sent.
(5) USPS delivery, all products are delivered in the US warehouse, and your goods should be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. For more information, please refer to the terms of service and shipping policy of each shipping company. After the order is sent, the waybill number will be sent to you by email. You can use the waybill number to check and track the delivery status of the order with your local logistics partner. If no one receives the goods at the time of delivery, an additional re-delivery service fee will be charged. Please provide a contact number under the address selected during checkout so that the courier company can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment method

3. Modify order information
Please check the address and contact information here when placing an order. If there are any errors, please contact us via email/official website as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered normally within 24 hours. The shipping information is automatically generated based on the "shipping address" entered when placing the order. If the package is returned to us due to insufficient address, you will need to pay the shipping fee for reshipping the package.
