Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we apologize. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange and return all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
All items must be in their original packaging
All items should be in pristine condition
Original receipts need to be included
If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform us that we are unable to process any exchange or refund claims regardless of whether these items have been mailed back to us.
1. Effectiveness of exchange and return
All exchanges and returns need to contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods.
2. Exchange notification

2.8 If any product received is deemed defective or mis-delivered, we will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the replacement. In other cases, you will be responsible for the shipping cost, and there is no handling fee. Please note that all transactions are subject to stock availability. While we endeavour to send replacement items back to you, we reserve the right to exchange items of similar value or offer gift cards in an online store or any other appropriate means.

5.2 if the subsequent return or exchange items are the same as the previous orders, we reserve the right and full discretion to cancel your eligibility for free return.
